BP OIL & GAS August 2010-March 2011

P6 Scheduler/Consultant

· Upstream scheduling utilizing P6 to create 12 different short term schedules for wellwork at operating centers across the United States into one schedule. Each schedule was created in different formats (Microsoft Project, Excel etc.) and took those individual schedules and created them in Primavera from scratch.

· Attended weekly meetings to create and update schedule to submit to manager. Spoke with field guys as well as team leads to get the most updated information and make changes when changes were made(example name change of rig lines or movement changes of rig lines)Created filters to isolate specific data requested by management as well as submitted overall schedule.

· Created WBS, by rig line, created well names under the rig lines, and created activities from mobilization, drilling, rig release, demobilization, Post construction/Pre Stim, Stim work, wellbore cleanout, and sales and created this for up to 20 pads per well (2500-5200 activities).

· Resource loaded schedule, actualized activities, added constraints(when needed),linked activities, made sure there were no out of sequence scenarios, assigned baselines, maintained baselines, group and sorted schedule. Eflected movement from rig to rig and process workflows via Gantt Chart

· Provided daily reports, clarity of progress of earth movement by tracking earth and topsoil as well as rock movement based upon the cubic meters and loads per day. Printed 3-week look-ahead with columns to indicate remaining duration, actual start, actual finish, as well as total float. Provided same to Management, identifying any negative and/or declining float so as to concisely project required Activity Completion dates.

· Additionally, utilized Spectrum Construction Software to update progress on job site. Supplemental activities included daily and days-prior? Foreman and Superintendent Logs, including all leads describing daily work being done on site.
